Winter 2025 Update

December 1, 2025

Hello, My Dear Clients!

I hope you have all been staying warm this winter and have been able to take time to be with friends, family and your dogs through the holiday season.

Just a reminder that like the intense summer temperatures I also have policies with working in winter weather conditions. These policies are in place to ensure safety for you and your dogs. If it is below 35 degrees outside sessions will be held inside and walks will become train and plays. The maximum amount of time spent outdoors will be 15 minutes since like heat exhaustion, frost bite and hypothermia can happen FAST for dogs. They have very poor temperature regulation skills, especially if they are young, seniors, or on the smaller side. My top priority is always to provide a SAFE training experience for you and your dog.

Be on the look out for our January newsletter as it will have suggestions for how to keep your dog occupied during the winter months where walks are less frequent and cabin fever can creep in. Group classes will begin again in March but until then stay consistent with your training and try to take time regularly to maintain your dogs socialization.

As always you're always welcome to reach out with any questions or to set up refresher sessions.

See you soon and have a happy holiday season!
