Booking online does not confirm your service. Our team will receive your request and confirm or deny your chosen time. If you have other available times, feel free to include them in the form you fill out during your booking request. This will help expedite the scheduling process.

​You will also receive a confirmation text the day of your scheduled service. Be sure to respond to this at least 2 hours before your scheduled service time otherwise you will need to reschedule

A phone consultation is required for new clients signing up for a behavior modification course or bundle.
